Try the following procedure:

• Click Start menu and search for Windows PowerShell, open with Admin privileges

Copy and paste the following command and hit enter:

$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + ‘\AppxManifest.xml’ ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest

Wait for the procedure to finish and close PowerShell

Then:

Go to Settings > System > Storage

Under "More storage settings" click "change where the content is saved"

In the option "New apps will save to:", select the disk on which you want to install the games.

Restart your windows and try moving applications again
