Aktywacja office 2016 po zmianie komputera

Witam,

po zmianie komputera nie mogę aktywować offica 2016. Po wpisaniu klucza na stronie, program się pobiera, jednak po instalacji office wymaga aktywacji. Po wpisaniu adresu email konta, pojawia się komunikat że nie skojarzono konta, po wybraniu opcji "przełącz licencję" i wyborze opcji "mam klucz produktu" po wpisaniu klucza i wybraniu przycisku "Aktywacja systemu office" okno znika i nic się nie dzieje.

Proszę o pomoc w przeniesieniu licencji wieczystej na nowy komputer.
