OneNote sign in not working correctly

Question

OneNote needs synchronization, but it say that I need to sign in. So when I put my email (correct one) to this form and hit enter.

This error occurs every time.

I have tried reinstalling OneNote, but nothing changes. Web version works perfectly fine, so it seems that this error in desktop app specific. Plus some how I can't fully uninstall One Note it does not show anymore in the Setting->Applications->Installed Apps, but it's still available in the system. Not sure if this behavior was present before win 11 update. Please help, I love OneNote and using web app is way less handy
