EXCEL 365 does not retrieve Stocks data!!!

Question

Since the begining of year I have not been able to retrieve stocks data which is absolutely vital for me. It has been massively reported but seems that MICROSOFT does not give a damn.

First of all, I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and I completely understand how important this feature is to you.  

I hope you understand that this is a community forum, and as a forum moderator, I don’t have access to backend systems or internal details from the development or technical support teams. 

However, based on a thread yesterday: (StockHistory formula in EXCEL Stopped Working), another user (Barney) shared that they contacted Microsoft Support, and the response was:   

 

(Although the initial report mentioned the UK region, I’ve seen multiple users from different locations experiencing the same problem, so this may be a global issue.) 

According to Microsoft Support (as shared by Barney), this is confirmed to be a server-side issue, and Microsoft is actively working on fixing it. As you know, this feature is an essential part of Excel, and I truly believe Microsoft does care and is doing their best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Additionally, if this is a work account and you still want to track this officially or reconfirm the status from higher-level technical support, you can also open a support ticket via Admin Center. Here’s how:
