I understand how concerning when you are currently being charged for a subscription, but you are unable to locate any active subscriptions.
Based on your description, it is likely that this is a commercial (business) subscription, but you may be checking it under a personal account. In many cases, such subscriptions are linked to a different account. Sometimes, subscriptions are assigned to the original onmicrosoft.com global admin account, which may be different from the account you typically use.
To verify this, please try the following steps:
- Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: https://admin.microsoft.com
- Sign in using any possible admin account, such as:
- An old email address you may have used
- A work or school account
- An account ending with @yourtenant.onmicrosoft.com
- After signing in:
- Navigate to Billing > Your Products to view all active subscriptions
- Go to Billing > Bills & Payments to review recent charges
If the subscription still does not appear in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, I recommend you try to create a support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center>Support>Help & Support.
