In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can configure multiple email accounts. You can send emails to business contacts, such as customers and vendors, without having to open an email app.

You can assign email scenarios to an email account or distribution group based on the email that you want to send and the document that you want to attach. For example, you might send sales invoices to customers from the finance department mailbox and send sales quotes from the sales department mailbox.
