Error with printing, Event Viewer has this Event ID 603

Hello, I have a printer installed on a server that users utilize. However, occasionally, printing jobs fail. While investigating, I came across Event ID 603, which states: ‘The print spooler failed to reopen an existing printer connection because it could not read the configuration information from the registry key S-1-5-21-3448250540-3210048852-425826889-1120\Printers\Connections.’ The print spooler could not open the registry key. This can occur if the registry key is corrupt or missing, or if the registry recently became unavailable.”

When I searched for the referenced registry key in the event description, I found that this key was missing; it does not exist.

Could somebody help resolve this issue?

Thank you for the help, but that is impossible to be a hardware problem on the printer because (I forgot to include this) the printer is a default one created by windows "Microsoft Print to PDF".
