Sync Google Contacts to Office 365/outlook online/people

Hi,

I synced my outlook account with gmail.
Now i can see the contacts on people. However when i sync my outlook online with outlook desktop I see only the outlook online contacts without the google contacts.

Can you expand on what you mean by "I synced my outlook account with gmail." - specifically the steps followed to "sync Outlook.com with your Gmail account"

Did you add the GMail account as an additional mailbox to your account? If yes, that does not sync the Google contacts with Outlook desktop since it is different mailbox. It is not a bug, it is by design

A 3rd party sync utility is required to sync Google contacts with the Outlook desktop program (i.e. gsyncit, CompanionLink or a host of others).
