Acesso ao Power Bi

Question

Preciso ter acesso a minha conta de login do power bi, não consigo fazer a verificação de autenticação, antes minha conta não era configurado com essa verificação , desde a semana passada está exigindo codigo de verificação do autenticador microsoft.

Meu email de recuperação está normal, mas o numero do meu celular foi removido da minha conta, pode ter sido hackeada.

Como eu procedo ? pois um dashboard com dados confidenciais está disponivel publicamente .

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your Power BI login. Based on the information you have shared with us I understand you are having getting prompted for verification cade from Microsoft authenticator app. you can use the following step to ensure your account is safe.

Contact IT administrator to reset the password and Multifactor authentication: If you detect suspicious activities in your account it is recommended to contact administrator to help rest the password and multifactor authentication for your account. Ensure that any bad actor how hacked your account will loses access to your account.

The administrator can do this by following the Manage user's authentication options. (If you're not sure who your admin is, you can refer to this How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support).
