Processos no Microsoft 365 para configurar aplicativos do Office, resgatar chaves de produto e ativar licenças.
Dear Yuri Tales Ribeiro,
Good morning! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.
I understand that you're preparing for the upcoming changes to the Salesforce Outlook integration and want to ensure everything goes smoothly. According to the official documentation, the testing steps involve authorizing the Salesforce Outlook integration for users in the tenant using the admin consent flow, manually disabling Exchange Online tokens, and verifying that users can access the app as expected.
For additional information, you can refer to Updates on deprecating legacy Exchange Online tokens for Outlook add-ins
However, disabling the Exchange Online token in a production environment can have several impacts. It might temporarily disrupt users' access to the Salesforce Outlook integration until the new authentication flow is fully validated and operational. It's crucial to communicate with your users about the potential downtime and ensure they are aware of the testing schedule and also, it is a good idea to perform this procedure with other analysts.
Alternatively, you may create a support ticket with Microsoft support via your Microsoft 365 admin center to join you remotely. Since we are belong to Microsoft community forum site, we have limited resource and privilege to contact users remotely. therefore, I sincerely recommend you contact our dedicated online support team via your organization Microsoft 365 admin center page, see Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
