não consigo entrar no ondrive

Prezados, não consigo entrar em minha conta (___@___.___) no OneDrive, nela há uma série de arquivos, os quais não sincronizam, não abrem, tampouco consigo copiar para outra area do PC, quando tento acessar a nuvem fazendo uso de minhas credenciais pelo App do OneDrive instalado no PC, aparace mensagens de Erro. Neste caso o que fazer para recuperar todos os aquivos e pastas que estão dentro desta nuvem com esta conta?

Já reportei o problema para o suporte e recebi essa msg abaixo, porém o status da solicitação ainda não está como concluída, alguém poderia me ajudar… Preciso de meus arquivos.
