I simply lost everything that was in my two accounts linked by the family subscription.
All my family photos, birthdays and parties at my children's school, cell phone backups... absolutely everything!
I AM A MOTHER DESPERATE TO RECOVER MY TWO CHILDREN'S ENTIRE DIGITAL LIFE!
No error message appears when accessing, I have a 1TB per user plan, and that was approximately what I had in my account, I access OneDrive only from the browser on my notebook and my cell phone, I did not try to access it from anywhere else, I have all the emails in my inbox and none about changes to my account, there are absolutely no files in my trash or in the option to restore OneDrive account in options.
I can see a list of recently opened files, but I cannot open anything, there are some album names, but they are all zeroed and most of them are gone. I received the emails from "Your Memories on This Day..." until 2/28 and 2/21 and I have them in my inbox.
Please, I beg you, help me... I've tried a thousand times to contact support and no one helps me! I spent hours on the phone and they told me they couldn't do anything, only international support closes my cases without doing anything!!
In one account, everything disappeared on 2/21, I need it to be restored to the point it was on 2/19 and in the othr account everything disappeared on 3/1, I need it to be restored to the point it was on 2/27.
I beg you, please help me!
