porém, ao fazer alguns acessos puxa para o nome da antiga funcionaria e para validação consta um numero invalido

Are you encountering this error in a specific web browser or app? 

Have you double-checked that all the details associated with your Microsoft account are correct? 

May I please double confirm if the account in question is a Microsoft 365 educational account which is provided by your college/institution or is it a personal account ?  

Are you having problem with the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) ? 

If possible, please send over a screenshot of the error or screen you're seeing. That would be really helpful! (You can hide the Email address on the image for privacy)
