The invite was accepted and everything was working just fine till last week, when Microsoft had a major glitch that led to some family plan users not being able to login on apps and OneDrive.
Apps are now working again, but OneDrive is still showing as being on a free plan (5GB) rather than the 1TB family plan.
MS Service Status page show everything working, so it must be something with my account. However, I can see from the forum posts that more users are facing the same issue. Like on this thread.
Support links you've provided only lead me to the same forum posts. It seems that there is no real-time chat support either online of by phone in Brazil.
Can someone please solve this? Or least recognize it's a problem that is being addresed by MS engineers?
