Um serviço de hospedagem e sincronização de arquivos da Microsoft.
Hello Fernanda Salineiro,
Good day. Thanks for sharing more information. It looks like the inability to save in the Microsoft 365 app is related to the OneDrive service.
I would still recommend you visit OneDrive for web first, check if you have enough storage space in the bottom left corner, as well as here to see if the files sync properly here. If the problem only occurs in the OneDrive client and everything works fine on the web side, this at least means that the problem is not related to your account and only occurs in the OneDrive app.
For better assist, please kindly let me know: What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
In this case, it is recommended that you try these two options below:
Reconnecting OneDrive & Resetting OneDrive can sometimes resolve synchronization issues. OneDrive will perform a full synchronization after these steps.
1. Reconnect OneDrive:
- Select the OneDrive cloud in your notification area to show the OneDrive pop-up.
- Select the OneDrive Help and Settings icon then select Settings.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Select Unlink this PC.

2. Reset OneDrive
- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset, and then press OK. The command window may appear briefly. 3. Use Windows Search to start OneDrive manually.
- Manually launch OneDrive using Windows Search in the Search box, type OneDrive, and then click OneDrive Desktop Apps to reconfigure OneDrive.

If none of the above solutions work, let me know for further investigation. Please note that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
Looking forward to you sharing any results.
