    Hello Rodrigo,

Thanks for taking the time to describe your situation.

As per your description, the issue you're experiencing is likely due to Bluetooth bandwidth limitations when multiple devices are connected simultaneously. When your phone is linked to the PC via the Phone Link app and your Bluetooth headphones are also active, the system may struggle to maintain stable audio transmission, resulting in choppy or freezing sound.

I have a few suggestions that may help resolve the issue you're experiencing:

    1. Prioritize your Bluetooth audio device by disconnecting other Bluetooth accessories temporarily, especially your phone’s link to the PC.

Update your Bluetooth drivers on the PC via Device Manager to ensure optimal performance.

Set your headphones as the default communication device in Windows:

Go to Settings > System > Sound > Advanced sound settings.

Under Output, select your Bluetooth headphones and set them as the default.

Disable battery optimization for the Link to Windows app on your phone, which can interfere with stable connections.

If the issue persists, you may need to choose between linking your phone or using Bluetooth audio at a time, as simultaneous connections can overload the Bluetooth stack.

For official troubleshooting guidance, please refer to Microsoft’s support article: Troubleshooting calls in the Phone Link.

I hope this clears things up and gets everything working as expected.
