Hi ,
In this case, you would have to perform a clean install of Windows 10. The ISO method won't work with the Enterprise version. In this case, you would need to use the USB method because the Enterprise version is different. There's no way to downgrade to the Home version. When you try to boot, you'll get an error because the version can't be reinstalled with LTSC.
I recommend you look for a USB flash drive and use Microsoft's Media Creation Tools to create a Windows USB installation drive.
Can I instruct you on how to create it? Do you have a USB flash drive of at least 8 GB?
Thanks
