Problemas no word

Não estou conseguindo utilizar o word no tablet samsung, esta com algum problema? Ele fecha do nada e nao permite anotação com caneta.

2. Update the Word app – Go to the Google Play Store and check for any updates to Microsoft Word.
3. Clear the app cache –

Go to Settings > Apps > Word

Tap Storage, then choose Clear Cache

4. Reinstall Word – If the issue continues, uninstall the app and reinstall it from the Play Store.

If your S Pen still doesn’t work for annotations after that, it may also help to check if your tablet’s software is up to date, or try testing the pen in another app like Samsung Notes.
