Hello Isac,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Support forum.
I can understand a program/app fails to launch due to the error message mentioned above. I can imagine the troubles you have experienced, not to worry I am willing to help.
I will be asking a few trouble shooting questions:
Have you recently updated the program or made any system changes?
Was the program working fine before, or is this your first time trying it?
Did you notice any other error messages or unusual system behavior before the issue popped up?
**
This error typically happens due to:
Mixing 32-bit and 64-bit environments** (e.g., trying to run a 32-bit app on a 64-bit system or vice versa)
Missing or corrupted system files.
Insufficient permissions or corrupted app installations
How to Fix It:
1. Restart Your PC
it can clear temporary glitches.
- Run the App as Administrator
Right-click the app → “Run as administrator”
- Update Windows
Go to Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates
- Reinstall the App
Uninstall the app completely Reinstall and run it again
- If you're using the Teams app, I recommend trying to access it via the web in an InPrivate or incognito browser window.>> https://teams.microsoft.com/
I hope these helps!
Please do not hesitate to contact again if you need further assistance.
Thank you for your time and patience.
Best Regards,
