Hello Dolar. You may be having a problem with Excel not selecting the right cells with your mouse. This kind of behavior is sometimes associated with zoom settings, display scaling settings, and/or bug issues with the interface of Microsoft 365. A few users have noted the problem occurred more often when they were working on multiple monitors, freeze panes, and or grouped rows. One temporary solution is to reset the zoom to 100 or toggle between views (like from Page Layout to Normal view), before trying to work again which may allow the cursor to realign with the correct cell. There are also other users who reported success, by turning off hardware graphics acceleration from Excel's Advanced Options, or they opened Excel in Safe Mode to rule out add-in conflicts. If the problem persists across different work books and devices, we may suggest reporting directly in Excel's feedback tool to enable Microsoft to prioritize a fix.
