Não consigo aceder aos emails no Outlook.com nem aos ficheiros no OneDrive

Olá, boa tarde,

O meu endereço de email é [Removido pela moderação] e estou a enfrentar um problema ao enviar ou receber mensagens. Recebi uma resposta de erro com o seguinte código:

"550 5.7.9 STOREDRV.Deliver; Recipient mailbox quarantined"

Pelo que pude entender, a minha caixa de correio foi colocada em quarentena, o que está a bloquear o processamento normal dos emails. Gostaria de saber o motivo desta quarentena e pedir ajuda para desbloquear ou restaurar o acesso.
