Conectei um HD externo, porém ele não aparece em dispositivos e unidades. Ele está alocado, mas não aparece. Mas, quando eu coloco o outro, ele aparece.

If an external USB hard drive is being detected only as a USB to ATA/ATAPI Bridge (i.e., it will not show up in Devices and Drives), then the USB interface has been detected by the system, but the actual storage volume is not mounting correctly. The failure to mount can be for a variety of reasons: corrupted or missing driver, a corrupted partition table or similar issue, or it may simply not be receiving enough power to operate properly. In Device Manager, the bridge will likely show up under Universal Serial Bus controllers or Other Devices, but if the drive did not show up in Disk Management, this indicates that the OS cannot initialize the disk correctly.

To try to fix the drive is to first try connecting it to a different USB port, preferably as directly on the motherboard (made on the rear I/O panel), and you should avoid using USB hubs. If the drive is still not visible, try to open Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc) to see if the disk is listed there, although it may be unallocated or offline. If it shows up there, you may only need to initialize the disk or assign a drive letter.
