Infelizmente apaguei os e-mails da pasta itens enviados e nao consegui recuperar eles na lixeira, como proceder?

Sao emails importantes e faz 1 semana ué apaguei sem querer os itens da pasta enviados, fiz a recuperação dos e-mails apagados na lixeira e os da pasta enviados nao retornaram. Como proceder? Consegue realizar a recuperação através do suporte?

Deleted items can usually be recovered from the Deleted Items folder for up to 30 days. Have you tried clicking on "Recover items deleted from this folder"? If not, please try that option within the Deleted Items folder. It may help restore your emails.

If you still can’t find them after doing this, unfortunately, they may no longer be recoverable.

As a final step, you can also try searching for the emails using keywords from the subject or email content in the top search bar. Sometimes, emails get moved to a different folder and may appear there.
