The ‘Index Lookup’ option suddenly disappeared from all my Prompt Flows within Azure AI Foundry. When I try to execute my previous flows that included the Index Lookup tool, I get the following error: Tool load failed in 'indexsso': (PackageToolNotFoundError) Package tool 'promptflow_vectordb.tool.common_index_lookup.search' is not found in the current environment. The list of available package tools is currently empty: [].

2025-09-04T18:05:20.1366667+00:00 Microsoft support told me that it was an internal bug. I'm closing this issue because the bug was solved.
