Como corrigir o erro 0x800f0831 no Windows Update

Olá,

Estou tendo um ploblema com o WINDOWS UPDATE, as atualizações não baixam e aparece uma mensagem de ''Erro''. Já tentei de tudo e não resolve. E ainda aparece uma frase em vermelho que diz: 'Seu dispositivo não tem correções importantes de segurança e qualidade.'

Os drivers não atualizam e deixam o desempenho do notebook péssimo.

Por favor alguém pode me ajudar? Não sei mais o que fazer.

Can I also have the KB and the full error you have received? If possible, please screenshot and upload the error here.

Please let me also know what the current OS build is. Press Win key + r > type winver > click OK. Please share a screenshot of it.
