erro de atualização acumulativa

Boa tarde

Meu windows não está fazendo o download da atualização acumulativa para windows 11 version 24h2 e a do net frameworl 3.5 e 4.8.1, os erros são: 0x800f8011 e 0x80070005, o que pode ser?

command from Windows Terminal (admin) environment.

Uninstall third-party antivirus if you have one.
