I am not able to receive a verification code

I am not able to receive a verification code, my contact email is in capital letters, but the email that Microsoft is sending the codes to is in lowercase letters, to enter my account it is in lowercase, I am not able to receive any Microsoft verification code, this is ridiculous and there is no point in trying to change the email because you need the code and it does not arrive!!!!My login email is in lowercase letters, my Outlook/Live/Hotmail contact email is in uppercase letters, I'm not able to receive any verification codes. How do you solve this unbearable problem of yours? Remember, I can't change the email because I can't receive any codes!!!!!!!!!

Please type "Verification Code" > Click "Contact Support" > Microsoft 365 and Office > Manage Account Security > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser
