Boa tarde!

Hello! Wesley. Thanks for the details.

This kind of issue usually happens when OneDrive isn’t fully syncing changes, or when files are being cached/locked by Excel. Let’s go step by step and in a particular order so you don't have to jump into the drastic ones immediately:

    First, check the basics

    1. Confirm the file is saved in OneDrive

Open the Excel file and check the title bar. It should say AutoSave On (top-left).

    • If it says "AutoSave Off" or the file location is This PC, then you’re editing a local copy, not the cloud one.

Check the OneDrive status icon (system tray near the clock).

✅ Blue cloud → Signed in and syncing.

🔄 Arrows → Syncing in progress.

❌ Red X → Sync problem. Hover over the icon to see the exact error.

**Make sure both you and the other person are opening the same file** (not a copy in another folder).

    Fixes for Syncing Issues

    1. Force a sync refresh
      • Right-click the OneDrive cloud icon → Settings → Sync and backup → Advanced settings → Restart sync.
      • Or simply exit OneDrive and reopen it.
    2. Check for pending changes in Excel
      • In Excel, go to File → Info → Manage Workbook → Check for Autosave Conflicts.
      • Sometimes edits get stuck as a local draft and don’t upload.
    3. Update OneDrive & Office
      • OneDrive → Settings → About → Version. Make sure it’s up to date.
      • In Excel: File → Account → Update Options → Update Now.
    4. Clear OneDrive cache
      • Press Win + R, type: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
      • This resets the sync client (don’t worry, files stay safe in the cloud).

See if this helps. If you need further assistance, just let me know.

    Best regards,

    Kimberly
