ESTOU PRECISANDO ACESAR MEU PC, POREM PEDE A SENHA BITLOCKER. NAO CONSIGO ACESSAR PELO SITE DA MICROSOFT. PRECISO DE SUPORTE URGENTE E NAO CONSIGO.

Hello, Microsoft leverages OneDrive to store your bitlocker key. There's currently a service degradation going on that causes the issue. It is not an issue on your end. Just have to wait for Microsoft to fix this.
