Hello Sergio,
Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Q&A Support Forum.
If you're trying to upload a file like a document or image from your desktop and you don’t see the upload icon or button, here are a few steps to try:
- Check the platform you're using are you using Copilot on Windows, Mac, Web, or Mobile? On Windows, you can drag and drop files directly into the chat window. On Web or Mobile, look for a paperclip icon or image icon near the chat box.
- Resize or Maximize the Window this is because sometimes the upload icon is hidden if the window is too small. Try maximizing the app or browser window.
- Try Drag and Drop even if you don’t see an upload button, you can usually drag a file from your desktop folder directly into the chat.
- Browser Permissions If you're using Copilot in a browser, make sure the browser has permission to access files. Try refreshing the page or switching to a different browser like Edge.
- Update the App If you're using the Copilot app, make sure it's updated to the latest version. Older versions may not support file uploads. Ensure to restart and retry close and reopen the app or browser. Sometimes a quick restart fixes glitches.
I hope this helps with your concern.
Best Regards
