Dear Duram,
You’ve indicated that you’re currently unable to access the Volume Licensing Service and need guidance on how to recover your licenses.
Here are Recommended Steps to Regain Access
- Verify Your Sign-In Credentials Ensure you’re signing in with the same Microsoft account (Work or School account) that was originally associated with your volume licensing agreement. If you’re unsure which account is linked, check your original confirmation or welcome email from Microsoft Volume Licensing.
- Reset Your Password (If Needed) Visit https://account.live.com/password/reset to reset your Microsoft account password.
- Access the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) Go to https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter Sign in and check if your licensing agreements appear under your profile.
- Reassociate Your Licensing Agreement (If Missing)
- If your agreements are not visible, you may need to manually associate them: Click “Add an Open License” or “Associate a License” Enter your Authorization Number and License Number (found in your confirmation email or purchase documentation)
- Contact VLSC Support (If Access Still Fails) If you’re unable to sign in or locate your licenses, please contact the Microsoft Volume Licensing Support team directly via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
- Be prepared to provide: Your organization name Licensing agreement details Proof of purchase or confirmation email
If this guidance proves helpful, feel free to click “Accept Answer” so we know we’re heading in the right direction 😊. And of course, I’m here if you need further clarification or support. T&B, Domic.
