In Microsoft Planner, the order of buckets on the Board view must be arranged manually. You can click and drag each bucket’s title bar left or right to set the sequence you want, for example from “Planning” to “In Progress” to “Completed.” Planner doesn’t yet support automatic sorting of buckets by maturity or progress level in the Board view.
