Como obter nota fiscal, invoice ou fatura do pedido em uma assinatura do Microsoft 365 Personal?

Preciso de algum documento em que conste por escrito o nome do comprador e o produto adquirido, visto que assinei o Microsoft 365 Personal. Assim como eu, embora o produto seja de "uso doméstico", milhares de usuários precisam prestar contas posteriormente sobre esse gasto para empresas dado que usamos profissionalmente. Desde agosto, consta o mesmo problema em perguntas aqui do site dada a ausência repentina de emissão de nota fiscal nas assinaturas em contas pessoais. Por gentileza, caso não seja viável a emissão de nota fiscal dada a mudança da política tributária e fiscal da Microsoft, peço auxílio para emissão de algum dos seguintes documentos alternativos que comprovem a compra: (i) Bill (ii) Invoice (iii) Fatura.

However, there is no “Tax invoice” option or download link available for this purchase. I can only see the order/payment summary.

Could you please advise on the next step to obtain the official tax invoice, or confirm whether invoices are not issued for this type of personal subscription?

• Sign in to your Microsoft account order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
• Adjust the date range to include the purchase date.
• Locate the order (amount, date, or product).
• Click "Tax invoice" next to it.

The invoice will download as a PDF, if it doesn’t appear right away, please check your browser’s downloads folder or history.
