The reason your MS-102 result shows as “Exam” instead of “Microsoft Certified” is that passing an individual exam doesn’t automatically grant the full certification badge.

Microsoft certifications are awarded only when all required exams for that certification path are completed, and your accounts are properly linked.

Here’s what you can do: first, check the official certification requirements for Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert and confirm if MS-102 is the only exam or if there’s a prerequisite you still need.

Next, make sure your Microsoft Learn profile is linked to your Pearson VUE account under Settings > Account Linking.

If everything looks correct and you’ve met all requirements, you may need to contact Microsoft Certification Support to have the badge issued.
