Meu email foi comprometido de alguma forma..
o email é [PII Removed] ,
Tentei adicionar novas medidas de segurança mas fui desconectado e a senha foi alterada pela pessoa/bot que fez isso.. Agora, mesmo tentando redefinir a senha, só recebo a mensagem de "tente novamente amanhã" ou algum serviço como a autenticação por sms simplesmente não funciona.

The message usually means Microsoft temporarily locked password reset attempts to prevent further unauthorized access. This lock typically lasts 24 hours. During this time:
Do not keep trying repeatedly it can extend the lock.
Wait the full 24 hours just to be sure before attempting again.

It turns out I've already waited 24 hours and the SMS service wasn't working... Do I have to wait another 24 hours?

Was Microsoft Support who led me to Microsoft Account Recovery Form... i've already done some times but no answer or like the first time i got this message
"Unfortunately, we have determined that the information provided was insufficient to verify ownership of your account."
I made this email 20 years ago, and nothing like that ever happened before.. so please.. i need help recovering my oldest email account..
The last thing I did before losing access to my email was to add another email for two-factor authentication. What I initially thought would help me, actually made me less secure and caused me to lose access to my email account.
Because now I can no longer log in via SMS, and the new email I added to improve security was actually useless. Because even when I enter the code that is sent to me when I add that email, nothing happens; I am redirected to the SMS which doesn't work, or I get stuck in a 24-hour loop/many attempts.
All of this is very frustrating tbh...

If you haven’t already, the best next step is to try Microsoft’s account recovery form, since it doesn’t rely on your old phone number and can still verify your identity through other details you provide.
I know this isn’t the experience you expected, but you can still regain access it just takes going through the recovery process instead of the usual 2FA prompts. What I suggest is try to wait longer than 24 hours try 48 hours i reset all temporarily locked and multiple attemps.
