Hi Marcos Tarquinio,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
I know this is frustrating, especially with USB boot disabled and Windows unable to load. Unfortunately, a forgotten UEFI password cannot be reset by the user or online methods. If your device is a Microsoft Surface, the situation is very specific:
- There are no (Microsoft) software tools to make changes to a UEFI password.
- There is no way to force USB boot if USB boot is disabled in UEFI.
- A hardware reset is required, and only the device manufacturer can legally do it.
Since your Surface is currently under warranty, the most effective (supported) solution is to submit a Repair request: How to get service or repair for Surface - Microsoft Support. The specialized team may reset the UEFI firmware or perform a motherboard replacement, if necessary.
Please note that trying to bypass UEFI passwords using jumpers or removing the battery is not possible on Surface laptops (credentials are stored in NVRAM or TPM). Only the manufacturer can officially perform the reset.
