Hacked or compromised account

Question

Two Microsoft accounts of mine were compromised and I can no longer access them because my email addresses and phone number were removed.

I tried to recover the accounts using all official Microsoft recovery links and procedures, but without success. I submitted the requested information in the recovery forms, even though I am not sure if all details were 100% complete, and so far I have not received any response.

Both accounts were originally created using Gmail addresses that are still under my control. Those Gmail accounts always received all Microsoft communications until the moment the accounts were compromised. This confirms that I am the original owner.

An unauthorized person accessed the accounts, changed the passwords, removed my original email addresses, and set another email address as the primary one. Since then, I have completely lost access.

Whenever I try to contact Microsoft support, I only receive automated links to recovery forms that I have already submitted multiple times without any reply.

I believe it should not be possible to change the primary email address of an account so easily without stronger verification, especially when the original email is still active and under the owner’s control.

I respectfully ask for help from a moderator or human support for a manual review of my case.

In the first account I had the game Forza Horizon 4, and in the second account I had the game Forza Horizon 5.

At this point, I do not know what else to do.
