Hacked or compromised account

Question

I am reporting that two of my Microsoft accounts were compromised and I no longer have access to them.

The accounts were originally created using the following Gmail addresses:

Both Gmail accounts are still under my full control and remain active. Until the accounts were compromised, all Microsoft communications were received normally through these Gmail addresses.

An unauthorized person accessed my Microsoft accounts, changed the passwords, removed my original Gmail addresses, added new email addresses that do not belong to me, and removed my phone number. As a result, I completely lost access to both accounts.

I attempted account recovery using all official Microsoft recovery links and submitted the ACSR forms for both accounts, providing the requested information. However, I have not received any response so far.

I am the original owner of both accounts and can confirm this through historical access, services used, and purchase history. One account contained the game Forza Horizon 4 and the other contained the game Forza Horizon 5.

At this point, I am unable to proceed further through automated recovery. I respectfully ask for assistance from a moderator or human support to review and possibly escalate my case for manual analysis.

Se o formulário web de recuperação de conta não funcionar, e como as informações de segurança foram substituídas pelo hacker, receio que não exista outro método funcional para recuperar a conta Microsoft, e o Suporte da Microsoft também não possa ajudar.
