Unauthorized external email sent from my Outlook account

My Outlook.com account had external emails sent using my address without an authenticated login.

No suspicious logins are currently present.

After deletion, the message reappears automatically.

I need:

  1. Investigation of Send-As / delegated abuse
  2. Purge of the stuck / ghost message from the mailbox backend

Please escalate to Exchange Online support.
