May I ask if you have ever exported using a .pst file for backup, or have use a classic Outlook?
If you cannot see the emails on recoverable items and if you have never exported or backed them up, this means that those emails are already unrecoverable since they are also deleted permanently on the server. I understand that this is frustrating to learn that those emails are unrecoverable, but we cannot do anything about this since it is already been permanently removed from the server.
