recentimente tive minha conta invadida, e o invasor mudou meu email e adicionou um authenticador.
E na hora de tentar recuperar, não aparece pra mim a opçao de enviar codigo por numero de celular, só authenticador e email que foram adicionado pelo invasor.
e mesmo eu tendo o codigo de recuperaçao de 25 digitos, continua dando erro temporario.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.
Based on your description, the hacker may have enabled a new two-factor authentication (2FA), and the new 25-character recovery codes are now only available to him.
Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker and the 2FA has been enabled, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

É um absurdo a Microsoft deixar essas pessoas invadirem seus servidores, mesmo eu tendo as seguranças do celular, email e authenticador, o hacker ainda conseguiu invadir minha conta.
