I want to convert HEIF files to JPG files and I have a Windows 10 and I´m afraid to upload any problem

In Windows, the native way to change a photo file extension is to click on the file and select Open with Photos.

Then click … (three dots) at the top.

Choose Save as. > Give the file a name and below, select JPG format and save.
