To cancel a subscription that has not yet been installed, please use the self‑service cancellation option available at https://account.microsoft.com using the email address associated with the purchase.
If your subscription is eligible for a refund, the system will apply it automatically once the cancellation is completed. In cases where the subscription is not eligible for a full refund, you will still have the option to turn off auto‑renewal to ensure there are no future charges. Depending on the cancellation date and the subscription terms, you may be entitled to a partial refund.
