Problema ao fazer login na conta microsoft pelo windows

Estou tendo problemas ao fazer login na minha conta do Windows utilizando o 1Password, consigo fazer login normal pelo site. Porém, no Windows ele fica dando erro, quero acessar minha conta, como faço?

May I please know if you have any other Verification methods, such as phone number or email address, to Verify Your Identity instead of using the 'Passkey'?

• Please select "Choose a different password" and sign in using your account password. You can then complete the verification process using your alternate security contact methods, such as your registered phone number or recovery email.

If you continue to experience issues with passkey sign-in, you may try deleting the passkey saved for this account in 1Password, then sign in again on Windows.

You can then set up the passkey for your Microsoft account again.

Important - Deleting a passkey will not delete your account. Before removing it, make sure you have alternative security verification methods, such as a phone number or email address, that are active on your Microsoft account. This will allow you to verify your identity by sending a verification code to any one of these methods.

Deixando registrado que meu problema foi resolvido removendo a passkey. Depois disso ao fazer login no Windows, ele deu a opção de enviar código via e-mail, assim consegui realizar o login.
