Enviar, receber e organizar e-mails no Outlook.com

When emails disappear from Outlook, it is usually related to sync issues, filters, view settings, or server retention policies. First, check Outlook on the web at https://outlook.com because this shows the server’s actual mailbox data; if the emails also do not appear there, they were likely deleted or moved on the server. Make sure no filters are hiding messages in the desktop or mobile app by selecting View > Reset View and clearing any search filters. If you use multiple devices, a misconfigured mail app could move or delete items, so try signing out of other apps temporarily. If the account was added as POP on another device, emails may have been downloaded locally and removed from the server, so check any old computers or mail apps. You can also check Settings > General > Storage in Outlook.com to see if mailbox cleanup settings removed older mail. If the messages were lost recently, go to Outlook.com and open Deleted Items > Recover items deleted from this folder to restore anything still available on the server. If the emails are not in recoverable items, they may no longer be stored on the server.
