Não consigo acessar meu e-mail de nenhuma forma, por navegador (tentei em diferentes navegadores), por smartphone ou por app.

É minha conta pessoal, um e-mail ainda da época do hotmail.
Usei o www.outlook.com mesmo, mas agora ele direciona automaticamente para o outlook.live.com/mail
E no app dá um aviso de "Ocorreu um erro durante a autenticação. Tente novamente"
Como é um erro de autenticação 401 que persiste em todos os navegadores, o problema provavelmente está do lado da Microsoft.
Consegui trabalhar com um usuário da Itália ontem com o mesmo problema, usando o link correto. Mas parece que isso não é mais o caso. Outra pessoa com o mesmo problema aqui https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5888081/outlook-com-email-error também relatou por outra usuário naquele tópico que falou com o suporte e foi confirmado que era um problema do lado deles.
Infelizmente não consigo acessar o suporte diretamente, porque precisa logar.
