Renovei a assinatura do Microsoft 365. Antes da renovacao o Microsoft 365 funcionava normalmente. Apos a renovacao a ativacao do app nao funciona. PERGUNTA: como posso voltar a versao do Microsoft 365 anterior?

If you continue having trouble with the license after renewing your subscription, please open one of the Microsoft 365 apps on your iMac. Then, from the top menu bar, go to the Excel/PowerPoint/Word menu, select About, then More Information, and finally choose Update License. This should refresh the subscription information.

To download an older version of Microsoft 365, you first need to uninstall the current version, as explained here:

After that, you can download the version you need from the Office for Mac update history page:
