Urgent Assistance Required – SC-900 Exam Rescheduling / Expired Voucher Error

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I am contacting you because I urgently need assistance with rescheduling my SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals exam.

I already have an exam appointment scheduled, and the exam was originally booked using a Microsoft exam voucher. However, when I try to reschedule the exam through the Pearson VUE portal, I receive the following error message:

“The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was discounted with a voucher and the voucher has restrictions. The new appointment does not meet the following restriction: The voucher is expired and can no longer be used.”

I am not trying to book a new exam. I am only trying to reschedule my existing appointment to another available date.

Because the voucher was used for the original registration, I would like to request your assistance in resolving this issue and allowing me to reschedule my existing appointment without losing the voucher or having to purchase a new exam.

This matter is urgent because I need to reschedule my examination as soon as possible.

I can provide screenshots of the error, my current appointment details, voucher information, and any other information required to verify my registration.

Nossos fóruns são voltados à questões técnicas, as sooliucitações de reagendamento de provas de certificação devem ser realizadas no seu perfil de usuário, infomo que outros usuários com o memso cenário não tiveram êxito na remarcação por utilizarem um Voucher e estes possuem uma restrição que impede o reagendamento.:

1. Acessa sua página na Microsoft Learn
2. Clicaem Credenciais (Credentials) -> selecione a aba Certificações para visualizar as avaliações marcadas.
3. Localize o exame desejado e clique no botão Reagendar (Reschedule), que redirecionará você para o ambiente da Pearson VUE.
4. Escolha a nova data e horário disponíveis no calendário do sistema.
5. Confirme os dados e finalize clicando em Confirm reschedule (Confirmar reagendamento).
