My X account was hacked by other Microsoft account

Question

Hello. My X (Twitter) account was compromised. The attacker changed the email address associated with my X account from my Gmail address to this Outlook address: [[Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@outlook.com].

I did not authorize this change and I do not own or control this Outlook address.

X sent me an official email confirming that the email address on my account had been changed. I still have access to my original Gmail address and have proof of the unauthorized email change.

I am not trying to access or recover this Outlook account. I want to report that this Outlook address appears to have been used as part of an unauthorized takeover of my X account.

Could Microsoft please advise me on the appropriate way to report this Outlook address and provide the evidence to your security/abuse team?

Since the compromised account is an X account, please continue working directly with X Support. Provide the official email confirming the unauthorized address change, your original Gmail address, the affected X username, the approximate date of the takeover, and any existing X support case number. Clearly state that you do not own or control the Outlook.com address and are not requesting access to it.
