Comentários

Esse endereço é usado como ponto de extremidade para o serviço de token de segurança que emite credenciais para o serviço. Os serviços expõem o endereço do emissor em metadados se o WSDL estiver habilitado, mas não fizerem nenhum outro uso dele. Os clientes usam o endereço do emissor para se comunicar com o serviço de token de segurança. Se o IssuerAddress for nulo, os clientes poderão voltar a usar o serviço de token de segurança especificado por meio das propriedades LocalIssuerAddress e LocalIssuerBinding em IssuedTokenClientCredential.

Definir esse valor como null ou o URI anônimo WS-AddressingIdentity no cliente faz com que o CardSpace seja ativado se ClientCredentials.SupportInteractive for verdadeiro em determinadas circunstâncias.
